Sensitivity Toggle

Story and Script:

The script is 86% complete!

Ch 12 and the Epilogue need to be written.

And while I'm at it, I should probably get an editor to look over the script. I want the dialog to make sense to more people than just myself.

I still plan on having voice acting for the game. I'd like to get the script finalized before I start contacting voice actors. (Although I do have a few in mind.)

Accessibility:

I've added a sensitivity toggle in the Preferences Menu, which removes any mention of polarizing topics, and tones down the language so that it's safe for YouTube. I made sure that the quality of the writing isn't impacted by this.

When you first boot up the game, the toggle is initially set to *show* sensitive topics, so if you want to enjoy the story without seeing those, then you must change it in the Preferences Menu.

Having voice acting for both sets of dialog may prove tricky, so if that's the case, then the game will only have voice acting when the sensitivity toggle is set to *disable* sensitive topics.

Misc Thoughts:

I plan to release two versions of the game. A free version with no voice acting, and a paid version with full voice acting. This will be to recoup some of the costs associated with hiring voice actors.

Depending on player demand, I may release a patch that re-enables the "Back" button, a few months after launch. The central theme of World Without Reason is that mistakes can't be undone, so including a "Back" button in the base game would negate that.
